迟璇，花旗银行Vice President, 贷款信用风险预测经理，拥有超过4年风险预测的工作经历。曾在MUFG Union Bank
从事数量分析工作，积累了大量统计模型，计量模型建立的经验。迟璇2005年毕业于中央财经大学，后在保险业从事财产险相关工作两年。2007年来美，就读于
Duke大学，获得经济学硕士学位。毕业后进入北卡州立大学继续深造，获得统计学硕士和经济学博士学位。

*Introduction to the Lecturer*
Chi Xuan, Citibank Vice President and credit risk and portfolio manager,
has more than four years of work experience in risk prediction. She used to
work at MUFG Union Bank where she engaged in quantitative analysis and
built a large number of statistical and econometrics models. Ms. Chi
graduated from the Central University of Finance and Economics in
2005. She then
worked in the insurance industry for two years and came to the United
States in 2007 to obtain a master’s degree in Economics at Duke
University. After
that, she studied at North Carolina University where she received another
master’s degree in Statistics as well as her PhD in economics.
