villa from Jan 2016 to Aug 2016. Leasing can be extended.
The apartment is a furnitured, no smoking no pets one, walking distance (13
min to the main library) to the campus and is on the path of Route 26. The
monthly rent is $920 in total, $460 for each, including gas and water but
excluding electronic and internet.
This apartment is very competitive and entirely subleased only, it is your
