Just submit a dispute by contacting the credit issuer through online or
phone. People usually don't have to pay this kind of charges that they
don't make. The bank will adjust the bill statement. One of my credit cards
was used in a store located Brazil, which I never had a chance to visit
even though I wish to. After calling the bank, they remove the charge and
issue a new card immediately.
Good luck.
