Title: Telecom VPN services degraded
Status: Open
Comments: There was a hardware failure on TC-VPN-FW2 (Telecom Systems
VPN - CC), which is affecting the backup VPN server. Users are
advised to use the Primary VPN Server (Telecom Systems VPN) while this
server is unavailable. A replacement has been ordered.
This only affects AACC and One-X Agent users. These users will not be
out of service, but they may need to select the primary VPN to connect
to these services.
