The condo is a 2 bed/ 1 bath in Haslett. It is off the CATA bus line. It is within
waking distance to Central Park and the Haslett Library. It is a convenient car or
bus ride to the Okemos Meijer, Meridian Mall, and MSU. There are laundry
facilities in the basement, an assigned carport, and a storage space in the
basement. The monthly rate is $799.
The owner usually does a 12 month lease, but is open to the idea of a short term
lease that goes through August (ending on September 1).
If someone takes on the lease before 3/13, we are willing to provide $300 to the
new residents once the lease is signed and we are released of our obligation. I
