Hello,
I am looking for a Chinese girl for my room!!!!
I have one bedroom with a bathroom (in a 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) to sublet
from late April or early May. My roommate (a quiet girl) will leave to
Detroit in July and I am looking for a female roommate for her. It is in
2900 Place nearby campus with parking spaces for bicycles. If you have a
car, I can offer you a covered parking space. It will be a big deal for you
if you has signed a lease contract in 2900 Place that starts in this coming
August but still are looking for a summer apartment, warehouse and even
furniture. BTW, my lease will end at early August. If you are interested, I
can ask the lease office for late move-out.
My room is fully furnished, big and comfortable. The rent will not include
electricity, water (shared by the whole building) and internet. However, the
total of these disbursements will not cost you so much. In summer, I usually
spend no more than 70 dollars. The original price of my room is more than
$500 and now only for $380! If you want furniture, you need to pay extra
money for it! Of course, my furniture is extremely cheap.
If someone consider to rent it as a warehouse, we can discuss the price.
