Office Manager
MSU China Office in Beijing
Job Description:
1. Assistthe Director of MSU Office of China Programs to develop and implement exchangeand cooperative programs with Chinese educational and research institutions;
2. AssistMSU units (including, but not limited to, Admission office, Office ofInternational Students and Scholars, English Language Center , Colleges andDepartments, etc. ) to implement China related programs and projects;
3. Managethe Beijing office daily operation and related logistic issues;
4. Allother assignments from the MSU Office of China Programs.
Qualifications:
1. Masterdegree from MSU with 1-2 years of work experience
2. Bachelordegree from MSU with minimum 3 years of work experience
3. Outstandingcommunication skills
4. Highlyresponsible and self-disciplined
5. Goodcomputer skills
6. Residenceof Beijing is required.
