I want to sublease from December 2014 to August 2015. The apartment
is near MSU campus at Berrytree Apartment. It is a two-bedroom
furnished apartment; I want to sublease one bedroom of the two-bedroom
apartment. Monthly rent is $450, including utility, Internet&Cable and
etc. If you take the lease, you will have a nice girl roommate who is
a senior. The monthly rent and the lease period could be discussed.
