文浩博士，2006年-2012年就读于密歇根州立大学(MSU)材料科学与工程专业，从事生物燃料电池的研究工作，电化学和材料学背景。2011年2月，文浩完成了博士论文开题，从而开始了找工作的各项任务，包括准备简历，参加招聘会等等。2012年5月份，在经过两次被拒，然后公司却又主动联系，两轮电话面试，一轮on
site以后，终于正式被福特汽车公司聘用，进行锂电池新能源材料的研究工作至今。

to the Lecturer
Dr. Hao Wen, pursuing his PhD degree
in Material Science and Engineering at Michigan State University from 2006 to
2012, works in the field of biofuel battery, and has a background in
electrochemistry and material science. He started his dissertation in February,
2011, and began job hunting (writing resume, going to job fairs) at the same
time. After being rejected twice, yet being contacted by the company
afterwards, and two rounds of phone interview and an on-site interview, he was
hired by Ford and has been doing research on Lithilium battery at Ford till
now.
