Hello, There is still a house to rent with 3 bedrooms. Located very
close to MSU campus, less than 5 minute drive. Also on Cata #1 bus
line. House includes living room, Dining room, kitchen with Fridge, stove,
microwave, dishwasher. Also newly updated water heater, main level has
refinished wood floors, new windows and recently painted interior. Please
reply will send pictures.
Would prefer to rent the whole house for $750/month, you pay the utilities.
Will also consider renting one room at $330/month with electric, gas, water,
sewer and garbage removal all included. Can move in immediately.
