我预订了一间位于Castle Pointe的2卫2卧的apartment，在寻找室友。

下面的link里有这个APT的一些照片，这些照片来自showroom，但我们的房间有着一模一样的布局：

2卫2卧，有一个卫生间是在大卧室内，另一个卫生间是独立的；房间位于3楼，有一个阳台；厨房内有冰箱、微波炉、炉子（电）和烤箱，全部是re-model，无其它家具；

- 房租为每月754刀 + 40刀网络和电视 + 电费 + 冬天的暖费。以上费用我们共同承担；

- 房间就在Leasing Office旁边，所以健身、游泳很方便。24路公交就在公寓门口；

- 我已经预订了这个小区最后一个此价位的房间，因为目前蛮抢手的。但是Leasing
Office需要我们在7月18日（下周五）就正式开始lease，即房租从这一天算起。合同必须为1年。我建议我们最好一同签约，并一同承担提前解约的风险；

我是计算机专业的PhD，大部分时间在实验室，很少被人夸，但更少被人骂；我不确定爱开玩笑还算不算爱安静，也不确定我的那些嗜好算不算不良，但我确信，如果你恰巧爱好运动，喜欢交朋友，那么我们会相处的非常愉快。

Hi All:

I am looking for a roommate to move into a 2-bed 2-bath apartment in Castle
Pointe Apartments. The following are some pics from the showroom, and our
apartment has the exact same layout.

- 2bed2bath apt. The bigger bedroom has a bathroom inside it. Another
bathroom is independent.
- It is on the 3rd floor with a balcony.
- The lease must be 1 year. We will sign the lease and pay the deposit
together.
- I have already reserved the room, because it is so popular now. The new
lease has to begin from July 18 :(
- The rent is $754/m + $40 Internet and cable/m + electricity + heat in
winter. We will share it.
- It is close to #24 bus stop and fitness center (with inside and outside
pools)

I am a PhD student in the CSE department, spending most of my time in the
lab, easy going, loving sports. If you are similar, I am sure we will have
a good time there.
