CSSAMSU Archives

On Saturday July 26th, a group of students and scholars are traveling to
South Haven, MI to pick blueberries and spend a few hours at the beach. The
trip is FREE, details are below. If you would like to come, please rsvp to
this email.

*What*: a day in South Haven, MI; blueberry picking (DeGrandchamp farms),
lunch at Pennings’ cottage, beach trip

*Departure*: meet at Spartan Village Community Center at
* ​​8:00am* to carpool (directions will be provided). Will will also have 2
church vans.

*Required Items:*

Child car seats for all children under 8 years old, unless over 4’9” (145
cm) tall (required by Michigan law)

*​​Money* (cash) for blueberries and food

* ​​Suggested Items:*

Snacks  - we will go to the Pennings’ house for lunch (pizza), but feel
free to bring your own food

Drinking water, swimsuits, towels and/or blankets

Sunscreen

 Jackets (weather depending , it can be a bit colder near the lake)

Walking shoes and sandals
