I am looking for a female roommate (or a couple) to move into a 2-bedroom(the same size) 1-bathroom apartment in Okemos Village Apartment.
- It is on the 1st floor . The lease can be one year. The new lease will begin from August 01,2014 to July 31,2015.We will sign the lease and pay the security deposit together.
- I have already reserved the room, because it is so popular now. one bedroom’s rent is $395/m, including water、heat and sewer except electric and Internet fee. We will share it.
- It has a good school district. Its transportation and shopping are very convenient. It is close to #22 and #23 bus stop and very nearly to Meijer，bestbuy and mashall supermarket.
About me, I am a female visiting scholar with a 9 years old boy in MSU, I am very easy to get along with.
