Comcast provides Chinese TV channels, but the channel varies in different
areas. I don't know if they have this service in Lansing area. You need to
check. Here's the list of channels in 48824:

But this is usually very expensive.
Another option is to buy a top box in China, and connect it to your TV. You
can easily find one in Taobao. Then you can watch whatever channel in
China. But this requires good bandwidth and quality of your network.
