Greeting from Sparty’s Onboarding Team!
With such talented members in your organization, Sparty’s would like to recruit your member for employment. For those who may not know, Sparty’s is just not a convenient store on campus, we are much more. We focus on leadership, professionalism, relationships and having fun providing excellent customer service in the process. There are many different avenues your members can explore within our organization, such as working in the site as a Sales Associate, Senior Sales Associate, or Store Manager. There are also opportunities within the office in Operations, Human Resources, On boarding, Marketing, Manager Internships and more! Thus, there are a wide variety of responsibility levels and plenty of opportunity for advancement professional development, no matter your field of study, that will be impressive to future employers.
We are glad to have earned your attention and time. Here are a few things for you to keep in mind if any of your members are interested in joining the Sparty’s team:
1. They will be given a permanent schedule for the duration of the semester, with the exception of finals week. Consistency is what our employees value and appreciate.
2. They will be required to be available for up to 16 hours per week, or about three shifts during the week and two shifts every other weekend.
3. You guessed it! This means that they will receive every other weekend off! J
4. All of our students are required to work during finals weeks, but we are flexible with students who finish early.
5. They will not be required to work during scheduled University breaks or holidays.
We have officially begun to hire and interview candidates for the upcoming Fall 2014 semester and our team would love to interview representatives of your organization for employment!
