starting from this August. College Towne is a nice place where many Phds
live.
Current residences are both male. We are MSU PhDs and postdocs.
The lease is available at $310/month (Water is included). Addtionally:
-Power is about $12-$15/person/month
-Cable + Internet is $20/person/month
Appliances include:
- 1 private bathroom (in the largest bedroom) and 1 shared bathroom
- Kitchen includes electrical stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge
Commuting & parking
- CATA No. 20 bus is 1 minute's walk away from the apartment
- Parking lot is available at no additional cost
You can move in from 7/21/2014. The lease starts on 08/01/2014 and
continues for one year.
