Sorry to bother those who are not interested.

One room of a 2-bedroom apartment in College Towne (Beaujardin Dr.) is
available to sublease from Jun.1(flexible) to July.20(firm lease end date)
 (for male only).

The room is fully furnished, and the sublease fee is 265/mo
(originally 365) OBO including everything except electricity and internet
(you will need to share the electricity fee and internet fee with your
roommate).

Short term sublease is also acceptable, and we can talk about the time and
rate directly.
