Suggestions:
1) If the kid was born before 12/31/2013 and you have the 1040X and a copy
of original filed 1040/1040EZ ready, mail them together today before USPS
close.
2) If you could not have the 1040X ready by today, then wait for next year
to mail the 2013 1040X with 2013 1040/1040EZ. Mail 2014 1040 separately
next year.
