Hello,
My friend and I are going to rent a cheap and convenient house on foster
Ave which is 3 minutes to the Route 1 bus stop. It takes only 7minutes to
the school. And route 1 is the most convenient and punctual bus even
including weekends.
It is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house and has washer and dryer in the
basement. Refrigerator is large. The house also has parking place and front
and back yard. It is in nice and quiet neighborhood.
I have lived in similar house for a year and can estimate the utility,
normally it will be at most 60-70/person during winter and 30-40/person
for summer.
We are nice and organized graduate student. Friendly and laid back.
