in college towne.
The new lease is from Aug 2014 to July 2015.
You will have the bigger bedroom in the apartment with walk-in closet and
bathroom.
The rent is $410/ month including heat. Internet and TV fee is $35 per
person.
I am a male PhD student in department of computer science, easy going.
