亲爱的Spartan们：
2014春假已经开始了。你也许已经开始了远行，或者选择在村里自我休闲，更或者还在实验室图书馆忙碌，不论怎样，CSSA祝愿所有中国留学生能渡过一个快乐、轻松、充实的春假。
安全永远是第一位的，CSSA提供一些小TIPS希望能给大家一些帮助：
1. 临行前妥善保管自己的贵重物品。如果你外出期间家中一直没有人，记得将贵重物品放在安全的地方或交给靠谱的朋友；
2. 临行前自己查看窗户和门是否关好；很多公寓要求即使无人居住，也要把空调温度保持在一定温度以上，以防止水管冻裂；
3. 把旅游的“真实”计划告诉朋友和家人；去外地旅游，“用力”记下1-2个朋友的电话号码，不要过分依赖手机；
4. 选择可靠的酒店、租车公司；
5. 提前检查目的地的天气情况，特别是旅行结束时的天气，避免因为天气原因耽误返程

Spring break begins!! You might choose to leave for a trip, or have some
rest at home, or be busy in the lab... Anyway, make sure you take care of
a few things.
1. Before leaving, make sure to keep your expensive belongings in a safe
place.
2. Lock all doors and windows. Check the electrical outlets. Leave the
temperature up to some level, and ensure pipes don't freeze.
3. Let at least 1-2 friends or family members know your "real" plan.
Remember at least 1-2 cell phone numbers in your mind. The phone is not
always trusty.
4. Carefully choose the hotel and rental car company.
5. Keep the weather condition in your mind, especially for the return
flights.
