The 1042S was mailed in the end of Feb. If you believe you should receive

Form 1042S is only issued (for students) if you received the following
types of payments from the University:
(1) wages, all or a part of which were exempt from federal income tax
withholding based on a tax treaty exemption and/or
(Income code 19 refers to a tax treaty amount withheld from wages, and
would be reported on line 6 of Form 1040NR EZ or line 22 of Form 1040NR.
Do not include the tax treaty amount as part of your wages on line 3 of
form 1040NR EZ or line 8 of form 1040NR. )
(2) nonqualified scholarships (e.g., scholarships in excess of qualified
tuition and fees).
(Income code 15 is for a scholarship or fellowship grant, and would be
reported on line 5 of Form 1040NR EZ or line 12 of Form 1040NR. )
