Hello! I am subleasing my apt on 911 Marigold Ave, East Lansing (very close to
campus and bus stop of route 20 & 39). You may move in as early as 1st week of
May and stay till semester starts.
The apt is a 1bed/1bath and you will be sharing with my existing female roommate
(stay with her in the bedroom or by yourself in the living room is your choice).
She is very nice. It's furnished and come with one free parking spot. You only
need to pay for the electricity and half of the total rent of the apt. Price is
negotiable. Pictures/tours are available upon request.
