跟大家分享一下关于我的三星S4手机的经历。新年外出游玩，把手机放在裤子前面的口袋，再拿出来发现LCD有个很小的裂纹，整个显示屏都花了。我从来没有摔过手机，保护LCD的玻璃也没有任何损伤。三星修理部说是我造成的物理损伤，我只好付了200刀他们才给修。我觉得这很明显是他们设计上的缺陷，上网搜素了一下发现有很多同样的投诉，但目前三星都是一律将责任归结于用户。
不知道这里有没有人有同样的经历。我劝大家买S4手机的时候再三考虑。
Just want to share with you my experience with Samsung galaxy S4. I had my
phone in the front pocket of my jeans and then noticed a tiny crack at the
upper left corner of the LCD when I took it out which threw off the whole
display. The phone was never dropped or impacted in any way. The protection
glass is still intact. Samsung repair center claimed that it was physical
damage done by me and I had to pay 200 dollars to get it repaired. This is
clearly design flaw in my opinion and a lot of similar complaints popped up
when I searched about the issue online. The fault was ubiquitously
attributed to the users by Samsung so far.
I wonder if anyone here had similar experience. I seriously advice you
think twice before getting Galaxy S4.
