Hi folks,
  I have an apartment at college towne for sublease:
2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, newly upgraded kitchen, a storage room downstairs
4 miles away from MSU, #20 bus downstairs directly to campus
800/month including heat, water, internet, TV cable
Resort style pools, volleyball court and fitness studio with FREE tanning in
the community

 The sublease period will be from the beginning of January 2014 to
July 2014. After that you can continue to rent the APT by renewing the lease. 
The move-in date is pretty flexible. You can move in at the end of December if
you want. If you can not take the whole apartment, you are totally free to just 
take one bedroom and one bathroom and pay half of the rent. I can also give you
some furniture for free if needed.
