Hi,
I am subleasing my own bedroom in Knob Hill Drive apartment between Dec.14 and
Jan.5. The apartment has three bedrooms and 1.5 baths in total. All tenants are
male. One of my roommate may go out for travel, too. The other will stay. The
apartment is quite spacious, and my bedroom is very neat. Parking is free. There
is also a community center you can use for free, which has a small gym, a nice
and spacious activity room with big TV and cozy couch, and a swimming pool.
I am thinking of $260 for the whole period, including everything such as heat
water internet.I will pay the electric bill as long as you are not a ridiculous electric
user. If you stay less we can discuss about the rent.
