The apartment is unfurnished, but everything else (micro-oven, desk, chair, internet,
electricity, water and gas) is included and ask for only $380 per month. The
roommate is a graduate student in MSU and very easy going.
By the way, a
hard-wood bed is available for you, so it is a good option for a short stay.
