The house has a wood floor. Rent is $400 per month, plus utilities. Water and internet are covered in rent. You can use the one-car garage for $15 per month. One year lease is preferred, Aug. 15, 2013-Aug. 14, 2014. You may take a shorter lease from Aug. 15-Dec. 14, 2013.
The house is in residential area, noise and party are not appreciated. Sorry no pet.
