Comments: On Wednesday, July 24th 2013 IT Services will upgrade the
Ethernet switching equipment supporting the Avaya Campus PBX between
the hours of 4am to 7am. This will cause short outages during the
maintenance window that should last no more than 15 minutes. During
this time users may experience difficulty placing or receiving phone
calls. Voicemail and telecommuter features (EC-500, One-X Agent,
One-X Communicator) will not be effected during this outage.
