One bedroom out of a three-bedroom apartment is available in College Towne 
West (formerly Dover’s Crossing). This new lease is from Aug. 1 2013 to Jul. 
2014. You can get this offer with only $305/month! All utilities (Heating, gas, 
water, etc.) except electricity are included. The electricity cost is ~$15/month 
and the internet cost is $20/month for each person. Note that the internet 
service is at the current lowest rate in College Towne West and include TV 
cable. The speed is as high as 100Mbps. Also You can find a brand new FREE 
fitness center including a swimming pool and have sauna here! To get all these 
benefits, you only need to pay ~350/month in total. 

You roommates will be two MALE MSU PhD students originally from China. They 
are very nice and neat. They do not smoke and drink. One is good at lots of 
sports (basketball, badminton, swimming, etc.). The other one is good at 
cooking! Therefore, you will not have a boring life here.

Michigan State University. ~12min drive to campus, ~7min drive to Meijer. You
