To clarify, the listed rent is for the whole 2-bedroom with 2-bathroom apartment, NOT just for a room.

4 miles away from MSU, #20 bus downstairs directly to campus.
$710/month , you only need pay electric bill.
furniture for free from us.
The period of the transferred lease will be from the begin of July 2013 to Aug 2013.
After that you can continue rent the APT, signing the lease with the management, not with us, so everything is official and trouble-free.
Because our lease was 2 years, your new lease will be much cheaper comparing to direct apply through leasing office now.
