I and my friend (both female graduate students) want to take a lease at the
Village of Chandler Crossing from Aug 2013.
(Or a 4bedroom 4 bathroom classic if we can find 2 new roommates :)
The Village is very convenient. We can take route 26 bus (every 5-10 minutes)
to school. The Village provides 24-hour gym, swimming pool and ice
hockey rink.
It is a furnished apartment with 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, one living room and a
kitchen. You can have your individual bathroom.And there is washing machine
and dryer in the apartment.
The rental fee is 479 (including water and internet).
And you can save 10% per month if you have the coupon! Electricity fee is
about 30 per month.
I and my friend are both quiet and easygoing. We hope we can find a new
roommate who is also quiet and tidy.
