May 1 to July 21(move-in and move-out date are flexible). The rent is

residents. It would be around $695/month for two people including all
utilities except electric).
It's full-furnished, including dishwashers, air conditioner, microwave,oven,

seasoning,flowers, painting to you, and maybe more...There are free 24-hour
gym, swimming pool and hot tub in this community.
