I have one master bedroom with walk-in closet in a 2 bedroom apartment at college towne available from May to July 21(move-in and move-out date are flexible), female preferred.
The rent is 280/per month including all utilities and Internet.
If you want to continue living here, you can renew the lease at any time after
you move in, then the rent will be lower than that offered to new residents.
It's full-furnished, including dishwashers, air conditioner, microwave,oven,
sofa,dining table,computer desk,bed(queen size) ...I will leave all my
seasoning,flowers, painting to you, and maybe more...There are free 24 hour
gym and swimming pool in this community.
Bus(route 20) stop directly to MSU is in front of the apt building.
