Dear All,
I want to sublease an apartment at Cedar Village. It is a cozy flat with
one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room and a kitchen. You will share
this flat with a PhD Chinese girl. The rental fee is 325 (including water
only but the landlady allows you to share the wireless internet with her
and the hot water, which is heated by gas, is also provided by her so the
total utility fee will be very limited) Besides, you will have a parking
place (the PhD girl does not have a car so if you also don't have a car,
the landlady is willing to lease this parking place for you at the price
$40 per month. The lease fee is yours!)
This flat is only fifteen minutes' walking distance from MSU main library
and the Diary Store, Green MacDonald's are right opposite to it. Also there
is the route 1 bus stop near it (walking 2 minutes only).
The landlady provides all the furniture needed including bed, sofa, table,
desk, closet, etc.
The female student only and graduate student is preferred. Thank you!
