Dear friends,
I have one room for summer rent. If you want to find a transitional lodging
during this summer, it would be a great choice for you. Please find the detailed
information as following:
1. Available time: May 15-July 20, and any time period you need
The room will be available for rent from May 15 to July 20. You can move in at
any time during this time. It’s great that if you want to stay for the whole two
months, but if you only need this room for some period of time, that is OK as
well.
2. Location and the quality of the community: College Towne Apartments
This apartment is located at College Towne (Dunckel Road, Lansing). The CATA
bus route 20 stop makes it very convenient for us to commute between home
and campus. If you drive for school, it will only take you around 10 minutes to
get to campus. College Towne is famous for its safe community atmosphere,
comfortable and pretty new apartment buildings, and its caring service. If you
want to know more about this community, please click the following link to
official website of College Towne.

3. The description of this room for rent: new, furniture provided
(Lin Bao Ru Zhu!), and easygoing roommates.
This is one bedroom out of a three-bedroom apartment. My other two
roommates and I are all PhD student in MSU. They are very nice and live a
normal life (I mean they usually don’t make noises that may disturb others). In
addition, I share the bathroom with one of my roommate. It works great for me.
Plus, we three share a very spacious living room, a furnished kitchen together,
and a balcony that offers a great view. Even if this is an unfurnished bedroom,
I can provide a bed, a mattress, a working desk, a bookcase, and a lamp for
you. You can have a visual impression by checking the pictures I attached in
this email.
4. Leasing price: 250 dollar per month (all you will pay); very low.
The monthly cost is 250 dollars. This number covers all the fees you will pay,
and it includes the fees of utilities, water, heat, electricity, and internet (WIFI
is available too). If you want to rent some period of time during this time, it is
OK to calculate by day. The daily cost is 10 dollars. The price is much lower
than the average rent in this area. The reason why the price is low is not
because the quality of the room, but is that I have to leave for two months
and I don't want to let it be empty. So, I lower the rent much in order to find
people who may need such kind of short-term rent.
If you are interested in this room and want to know more information about it,
please feel free to contact me by replying this email, or by calling me via: 517-
488-9926. Many thanks!
Best wishes,
Wei
