over my lease in College Towne (close to Trapper's Cove). Time of move in is
negotiable. Female needed!
The apartment is a 2-bedroom apartment in College Towne (#20 bus nearby, or 5
to 10 minutes drive to campus). Bedroom and living room are spacious. Washer
and dryer are downstairs. Fitness center, tanning, swimming are free. My
roommate is very nice and easy-going who is a graduate student. Rent and
internet together is $382 ($360 + $22 internet) per person. Utility is about $15
