       I have a nice bedroom of a 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom single house 
available from now. The house is located Porter Ave, East Lansing. It 
is close and convenient to either the campus or any grocery stores. The bus stop 
for route 24 is right at the gate of the house. It is about 8 minutes to drive to 
MSU. I only ask for $400 every month. No contrast!! ALL-INCLUSIVE! ALL FULLY 
FURNISHED! This price covers EVERYTHING, including ELECTRICITY, unlimited 
heat, water, high-speed internet...
Also, the roommates are two PhD males. they are easy going and clean.
