     I would like to sublease my apartment for the Spring semester starting from
Feb (move in time negotiable) to June,female needed.

     The apartment is a 2-bedroom apartment in Trappers cove (#20 bus nearby,
or 5 to 10 minutes drive to campus). It has washer and dryer inside home, so you
don't need to do laundry using your coins. bedroom and living room have spacious
room,and with nice window view. You will have a quiet, clean and friendly
roommate, who is a not often at home. Rent and internet together is $367 per
person. The apartment is on 3rd floor, very clean and very quiet. If you don't
have a car, a free cata bus pass will be yours.
