"I am living at 144 Highland Avenue (Highland Apartment) which is opposite
to the Oaks and close to Brody complex.

I actually have one more roommate and we signed the contract last fall for 1
year. However, this spring semester, she has some severe problem back in her
country so she has to go back and withdraw the contract.

Now I am finding anyone who is willing to take her spot from now till August 14.

The lease is 480$/month, unfurnistured, with internet, heat, water, sewage
but you have to pay half of the electricity bill. the half of varies from
10$ to 15$.

I dont smoke or drink and quite clean and I preferred a roommate like me
