Sorry to bother those who are not interested. I would like to sublease my
apartment for the Spring semester starting from Feb (move in time negotiable),
female needed.
The apartment is a 2-bedroom apartment in Trappers cove (#20 bus nearby, or 5
to 10 minutes drive to campus). It has washer and dryer inside home, so you
don't need to do laundry seperately. bedroom and living room have spacious room,
and with nice window view. You will have a quiet, clean and friendly roommate
who is a graduate student. Rent and internet together is $417 per person. A 32''
HDTV(Vizio) will be yours if the lease is taken.
