Hang in there, Gary. I was in the same boat. My order was canceled without
notice, then the model discontinued. New quote/order, then it was sent to
Munising, then the re-order on that could not be sent due to accounting
problems on their end.
I'd really like a better option to order from HP/Acer.
After the order arrived, it had a faulty Bluetooth module, which requires a
motherboard replacement. Still corresponding for three weeks to receive the
part (I'm not sending the whole machine back, it took 3 months to arrive).

And then you have to hope that it gets sent to the right place. I had two
orders that were sent off to Hickory Corners instead of here. 2 months
after we placed those orders we're still working on trying to get one of
those.
