We had the same thing a few weeks back trying to send a document that
had an embedded jpg that MSU's Clam A/V thought was a virus (as best we
could figure from the headers). Help desk told us we were out of luck
and that it was being blocked because it was being sent to multiple
users..... Weird thing about it was that it would get blocked to some
user accounts and not to others.
Re-saving the image changed the hash enough that it didn't get flagged
on subsequent sends (though figuring out which image was triggering it
was quite tedious).
