Looks like MS has released a mystery update. It appeared out of cycle,
not even on the second Tuesday of the month, and it isn't even security

Problem is this came out yesterday and as of this morning, the KB
article that should explain exactly what this does is still missing.
I'm all for achieving better performance and responsiveness but I guess
for now, I'll decline this update? Does anyone have any further info on
this?
