A customer at our market today told me she had recently applied for help
from the state, received what she thought was a Bridge Card and brought
it to the market. It looked like a normal Bridge Card except that it had
WIC stamped on it also. She said she was told she couldn't buy anything
organic with it, and lo and behold when I googled WIC later on it
appears she was correct! Does anyone know the reasoning behind this?
