It seems like we discussed this at some point, and I wanted to follow
up with additional info. If you're interested in running a Windows
based NFS server, here is one written in Common Lisp which is supposed
to be quite good:

You have to buy Allegro CL as well (from franz), but if you're really
wanting an interoperable NFS solution and you *must* run Windows as a
server, this might be a good option.
