It sounds like the features you want are in Windows Vista Meeting space.

Not exactly. What people are looking for is a way of having several people to have the same document open at the same time. The manner they want is for any changes to the document from one person, show up in real time to the document in everyone else. What netfiles allow is for several people to have the same document open, but they cannot "share the workspace".
