When do you need the classroom and what equipment is at the far end? It may
be easier to borrow the equipment than find a large classroom that is free
at a given time.

A faculty in our dept. has arranged a guest speaker who is willing to
video-conference a guest lecture with his class. We do not have the
required video conferencing equipment. Is such a room equipped and
available on campus that is large enough for a class? I know there are
several that can accommodate a dozen or so, but that would be too small
for this class.
