The Henry Center has a couple of classrooms that could do 40 or a couple
more that could do up to 100-110 and has the Video conferencing hardware
in house, however I believe there would be a room rental / video
conferencing charge.

Subject: [MSUNAG] Video Conferencing Classroom Available?
A faculty in our dept. has arranged a guest speaker who is willing to
video-conference a guest lecture with his class. We do not have the
required video conferencing equipment. Is such a room equipped and
available on campus that is large enough for a class? I know there are
several that can accommodate a dozen or so, but that would be too small
for this class.
Thank You
