Additional resources for locating ALM licensing answers...(If you are an
Education customer and have a licensing enquiry ie. can't log in to
licensing web site, need serial #'s, can not locate your licensing order
etc., please call Adobe Licensing Customer Service at 800-833-6687 option 3)
The Computer Store will be posting "how to" documentation and other help
information on our home page as it becomes available from Adobe.

This doesn't answer the more basic question of whether we now have
individual licenses or whether all MSU licenses are grouped together. As I
mentioned in my earlier message, I set up my ALM two days ago for the single
license of Acrobat 8 Professional that I bought, and now running a license
report at their site shows me 93 "Total Seats for this SN set" and 4
"Licenses Issued" What is going on? Did I unexpectedly qualify for the
Wednesday 93-for-the-price-of-1 special?
